Production and delivery

Our pieces are made to order. Production time varies by item and is separate from shipping time.

Delivery times vary by item, destination and shipping service. Shipping time is separate from production time. Delivery estimates may be extended during busy periods or carrier delays.

Orders with multiple items

Items in your order may ship separately and arrive on different days. You’ll receive tracking information as each shipment is dispatched. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.

Shipping rates and options

Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before purchase is completed. Choosing a faster shipping service does not shorten production time.

Shipping destinations

At this time, we ship within the United States. International shipping options may be added in the future.
